- Credit check shall be provided by the LESSEEs and
approved by the LESSOR
- Letter of employment shall be provided by the LESSEEs and
approved by the LESSOR
- Prior to the signing of the lease, the LEESEEs must
provide proof of tenant liability insurance
(2 million dollar coverage)
- Prior to occupancy the LESSEEs must prove the transfer of
Hydro Quebec for the unit occupied to
their name.
- The LESSEEs agree that smoking any sort of substance
inside the premise is not permitted
throughout the term of the lease. (Ex: cannabis, tobacco,
shisha, electronic cigarettes or
anything else related).
- No subleasing, short-term leasing or AirBnB without
approval of the LESSOR
- No Pets allowed during the duration of the lease.
- The LESSEE is expected to sign and follow all the by-laws
of the building. If any fines are
accrued due to the fault of the LESSEE they will be
directly responsible to pay them.
- At the completion of the lease there will be a visual
inspection to see the state of the
appliances provided and if any damages have been sustained
to the unit.
