The TENANT agrees to deliver a security deposit at the time
of the lease.

The TENANT will provide proof of civil liability insurance
of at lease $2 Million at the signing of the lease.

The owner would allow a small pet.

The TENANT agrees to not sublease or short term sublet
(Airbnb) the unit.

Moving costs shall be borne by the Tenant.

The Tenant shall be responsible for any penalties incurred
due to non-compliance with the building's regulations and
declaration of co-ownership (if applicable).

The Tenant shall be responsible for any fees related to
lost keys.

The property shall be clean at the time of occupancy and
must be returned in the same condition, including all condo
inclusions, as well as the flooring and walls. Except for
normal wear and tear, any damage must be repaired at the
Tenant's expense before vacating the premises.
