-No pets;
-No subletting will be tolerated (airbnb or other);
-The moving fees are the responsibility of the tenant;
-LESSEE will be responsible for paying any penalty due to
their failure to comply with the by-laws and declaration of
co-ownership;
-LESSEE will be responsible for paying any fees due to the
loss of any keys;
-Units must be delivered clean and ready upon occupation
and the unit must be returned in the same condition: this
includes all inclusions of the condo, as well as the
condition of the floor and wall. Except normal wear and
tear, any damages will be fixed at the tenant's expense
before leaving the premises;
